It can carry a maximum total weight of 250 pounds or 120kg and will accommodate shorter and taller people with the height adjustable seat. It is easy to put together with the instructions manual and a hardware set in the box. You may adjust the resistance by turning the tension knob in the center- consistent and continuous tension control system. This resistance is not magnetic as there is no power supply, but is a mechanically controlled resistance.
You can stop the bike immediately and quietly by pressing the adjustor in case of an emergency. There is a water bottle holder in the middle for you to stay hydrated 
during your session. It is a rather sturdy product with a heavy-duty steel frame, 24 lb. flywheel, crank and tough anti-slip aluminum alloy pedals with adjustable foot covers. Your feet will have enough support during pedaling and there won’t be any slipping.
It has a decent saddle for longer sessions (but could b a bit more comfortable) and is adjustable up and down, forward and backward. The handles are fixed- do not rotate and you’ll need to use them in their fixed position. It is not an SPD (Shimano Pedaling Dynamics) clip-less system compatible bike but they’re working on it. The handlebar holder can accommodate your iPad, Android tablet or smartphone for your entertainment during your workout.
If you have a sedentary lifestyle and sitting at home a lot and eating and not have much time or energy for going to gym, this may be a good product to own. So you can exercise whenever you want in the comfort of your home and burn some calories. At the lower price level for a spin bike it gets the job done well.
