Merax ME9379 is a new release modern and stylish 1.5 horse power motorised treadmill that runs on electric power and has a convenient foldable style, a large and easy to read LCD panel that includes 10 integrated exercise programs, a large running belt, three incline positions and deck suspension that is biomechanically correct. You have 10 preset interval training programs and a manual program that lets you customise your program on its easy to manage control panel. What happens with these preset programs is they switch between low and high intensity exercise and recovery so that your aerobic capacity is improved and your body will be able to burn off calories for up to 8 hours after your walking / running session. Although this treadmill is sent to you in great condition after being thoroughly inspected, you will need to do minor adjustments and minimal regular maintenance as specified on its user manual so that you can get better performance from it. You can easily tighten or loosen the running surface by turning both sides clockwise or counter-clockwise and if only one side becomes loose you can turn only one side but do little adjustments or turns like a half or a quarter as if you tighten it too much it will break the unit.
