Shayin SQ711 Folding Electric Treadmill
Shayin SQ711 is a high-end commercial level electric treadmill with a 2 horsepower motor, and a foldable design for home use. Being an imported “Made in Asia” but a US stock product it is shipped pretty quickly in a few days via Amazon.com. You will get it almost assembled unlike other fitness equipment you purchase online and you only need to put some screws on.

The large 7-inch multi-functional and smart LCD-backlit color display helps you monitor your progress by showing you the stats like calories burned, distance traveled, time exercised, current speed and heart rate. With the hi-fi stereo and the integrated MP3 connection, you can listen to songs while you jog or run. Being distracted by video or music will make you exercise longer.
There are twelve preset programs (P01-P12 Programs) to choose from depending on your goals and what you fancy on the day. They are prepared by personal trainers and aimed at burning calories and fat, improving your cardio performance and contribute to your overall health. This more expensive high-end model comes with a great cushioning design a total of eight large springs that absorb shock, by taking it away from the running belt and your knees and ankles.
It folds up easily by pushing the running belt towards the display panel when you want to lean it against the wall or put it away for storage as it also includes the transportation wheels. You can increase the speed as your fitness level 
improves but it is good to vary the speed- move it up and down during your session so that you can get more out of it and burn more fat and calories. You can walk, jog or run at impressive speeds of up to 16kph.
For security there is an emergency stop button and safety key in the middle, that is standard to most treadmills. You have the easy to reach Start/Stop button on the left handle and the Speed- and + buttons on the right handrail. Cushioning on both sides of the treadmill is good for decreasing the burden on your joints to make it a lower impact workout, but also for reducing the vibrations and noise so you or people in the house are not disturbed during the workout.
If you feel that it is making more noise than normal then you may want to run the treadmill at high speed for at least a few minutes, then you can try it. If you used it for about 45 minutes non-stop you will want to let the motor cool for fifteen minutes or so. There is not much maintenance required as all you need to do is add a bit of the environmentally friendly silicone oil on both sides of the treadmill once a month. You’ll find a small bottle of oil in the box.
Running surface of 48.4 x 16.9 inches is quite all right as long as you’re not very large, as the maximum user weight is 265 pounds anyway. It measures 51.2 x 68.5 x 27.7 inches and 29.9 x 66.5 inches as folded. This more expensive model runs very smoothly and has the automatic incline function that you can manage through the display. It is offered with a three-year warranty for the sturdy steel frame and 90 days for the remaining components and parts. It is not a cheap treadmill but has a sturdy commercial grade build, and comes with a variety of user-friendly features.
